At the time of this writing….
- I am a man who weighs 246 pounds with a BMI 0f 34.
- I am pushing 50 years old.
- I have Emphysema and chronic asthma.
I think the world is full of people who are ruled by their fears and I am not going to be one of them! I have set before me a set of accomplishments that I will complete before I die…or die trying. Some are public. Some I am not ready to make public because I am not sure they are realistic.
I know this much. You can’t know your limits until you EXCEED THEM!
