Last night, as I sat here fighting with the installation of Wordpress and drinking Highballs, I was tempted by cheese. Every time I walked pass the refrigerator, it was as though I could hear it calling to me. Had I opened the package it would have been over. First one slice, then another, then who knows? Maybe five more. I thought I could even make a grilled cheese sandwich…or two. That would have been another 1000 calories. I would have really enjoyed them too. And my caloric intake for the day would have landed well North of 3000.
